Price and Payments

Where a customer purchases goods using credit available on its account with Nusun, Nusun shall invoice the customer for the goods on or any time after its dispatch. The invoice must be paid within 30 days, if failed to do so, Nusun will ask a debt colllection aagnecy to enforce the payment. Unless we you have credit tems with Nusun, payments have to be made prior to dispatch. Nusun accepts the following payment methods

  •  Bank Transfer
  • Credit card payments
  • Credit Card payments made over the phone
Orders
 
 The advertising of goods on the website is an invitation to treat. The customer will make a contractual offer when they order the goods. a quotation for goods given by Nusun does not constitute as an offer. There will be no contract formed between the customer and Nusun until Nusun accepts the customers order in accordance with the following procedure;

 

  • The customer must add the goods they wish to purchase to their basket and then proceed to checkout
  • At checkout, the customer must input all payment and delivery details and place their order
  • The customer will then be asked to confirm there order. When confirmed, The customer and Nusun will have entered a legally binding contractual agreement.

Title and Risk

Nusun retains total legal ownership of all goods supplied until the full payment has been received. The risk of the goods shall pass to the customer on completion of the unloading of goods at the customers premises .

Delivery

It is the customers reasonability to ensure that all goods received are checked to see the quantities match the delivery not and that there is no apparent damage  to the goods or the packaging. If the customers considers there to be a discrepancies with the  package or quantity, it must be brought to Nusuns attention by email: orders@nusun.org.uk. The delivery of goods shall occur on completion of the unloading of goods at the customers premises. If the customer fails to take delivery of the goods upon arrival, the customer will be liable to Nusun for any storage costs and for all related costs and expenses (including insurance). If Nusun fails or cannot deliver the product, you will be entitled to a  full refund.

Returns

Customers are able to return unwanted within 2 weeks of delivery, provided that the product is in their original and undamaged packaging and the product still in its original condition. If you want to return a item, you will be responsible for for delivering the item back to us safely and insured. We will refund you the the price of the item (less the restocking fee), but not the cost of delivering it to you.

Limitation of liability

Under the Supply of goods and services act 1980, Nusun cannot exclude liability for the following:

  • death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable);
  •  fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
  •  defective Goods under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or

Complaints:

We aim to provide a helpful, friendly service. However, if you do find any cause for complaint, please get in touch, and we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a legal dispute, you agree to be governed by the laws of England, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to suspend customer accounts in the event of any customer being verbally abusive or threatening with  our staff. Such behaviour is unacceptable and will result in the account being suspended. Any undispatched orders will be cancelled and all outstanding invoices on the account will need to be settled within terms.
